HelpOps are denoted by their OP status "@" in our #Help room. They are there to help chatters when they have a problem.
HelpOps is the first stepping stone to becoming a staff member on AustChat, they are friendly and always there to help a chatter if needed.
Our helpops are chatters like you who have some IRC experience willing to help you along the way. We have a helpBot in he room and he will help you if no one is avaiable.
