All About The AustChat IRC Network

AustChat was founded in March 2005 by Lesley and Trickynik after having been Network Administrators on another Australian chat network. We wanted to run a chat network our way without stepping on anyone elses toes, hence AustChat was born.

The current management team is made up of several highly experienced chatters, many of who have been on IRC for over 8 years or more.

We've been doing this a long time, and our aim is to keep the atmosphere friendly and fun and our chatters love this concept and have followed us from one chat network to another.
